PBM Pricing Strategy Director

is responsible for the analysis and development of the Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) pricing strategy. How You Will Make an Impact Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Maintains pricing and rebate models used to evaluate pricing position, assists with claims analysis and ensures proper language is covered in request for proposals and contracts. Assists with developing and supporting key metrics and establishing performance measures for revenue maximization. Assists with monitoring and evaluating revenue performing below thresholds and developing necessary tasks to bring performance in line with targets. Serves as key member of support team in planning for future revenue, member expansion and growth capacity. Requires a BA/BS in Finance or related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience with a PBM, pricing, data analysis; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
