This role reports to the Director, Revenue Accounting, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial success and growth. Responsibilities: •Review and analyze sales contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP ASC 606 and company policies. •Prepare and maintain revenue schedules and journal entries in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and completeness. •Collaborate with the systems, sales, and legal teams to address revenue-related issues and provide guidance to ensure accounting compliance. •Monitor and reconcile revenue-related accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed to ensure a smooth month-end close accounting process. •Assist in the preparation of financial statements and NetSuite reports and support FP&A team by providing explanations on revenue flux. •Support external audits by providing documentation and explanations related to revenue recognition. •Identify opportunities for process improvement in revenue accounting procedures and support initiatives to implement enhancements. •Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize revenue recognition processes. •Support M&A activities as it relates to revenue, including integration and documentation of processes.
