What You'll Do: Join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst, working under the direction of the Director of FPRA and CFO. In this role, you will play a vital part in the development of annual operating budgets, contract refunding applications, and the monitoring of government and privately funded programs for fiscal contract compliance. As the lead business partner for assigned program and administrative departments, you will provide strategic insight, actionable analyses, and ensure sound fiscal decision-making. Key responsibilities include supporting the Director of FPRA as a backup Fiscal Officer for Early Childhood Education contracts, building financial reporting capabilities, managing compliance, and providing executive leadership with key insights to drive business decisions. Monday - Thursday, 9am - 6pm, Flex every other Friday 9am - 5pm

Requirements To Apply

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting and four (4) years of relevant work experience with government contracts and grants required. Must have budgeting experience as it relates to budget preparation, reporting, monitoring, and allocation of shared cost. Non-profit/healthcare/education experience preferred. Grant and/or fund accounting experience preferred. Ability to interpret and apply accounting theory to transactions. Ability to work accurately with numerical detail and create useful management reports. Strong analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Must have computer skills, including spreadsheet application (Microsoft Excel). Experience in MIP Abila Financial software highly preferred. Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines, while working efficiently under pressure. Must have good interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and internal/external stakeholders. Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
