THE OPPORTUNITY
The
Senior Financial Analyst
position reports to the Senior Manager, FP&A. As the
Senior Financial Analyst
, you’ll be a vital member of our FP&A team, contributing significantly to our financial strategy and ensuring informed decision-making. We’re seeking someone with a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
This position has a hybrid schedule; a minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The location for this role is Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Utilize benchmarking and data analysis to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial projections.
Analyze financial statements (including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance reports at corporate consolidation and project accounting levels.
Evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies, and profit margins.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.
Assist in preparing board-level presentations and internal management business reviews, including financial performance updates, strategic initiatives, and investment proposals.
Clearly communicate complex financial information through presentations and written communication to executive stakeholders.
Work closely with management to define and track relevant KPIs.
Monitor performance against targets and recommend adjustments as needed.
Generate ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by senior leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years as a financial analyst or in a related role.
Understanding and ability to transform raw data into usable formats, ensuring reliability and completeness for subsequent analysis.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Relevant certification or progress towards (e.g., CFA or CMA) is a plus.
Three financial statement modeling.
