Document Imaging Support Specialist

The Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for managing files on-site at a customer's location. They will prep files to scan, use creativity to come up with scanning solutions for various documents, inspect files for quality, and work with design software.
Major Goals and Responsibilities
- On site at customer location
- Prep files to scan
- Be creative with solutions on scanning different types of documents
- Edit and refurbish files if needed for quality
- Operation of digital production desktop scanners and wide format scanners
- Operation of equipment scanning software
- Operation of capture and document management software
- Working with design software to include: Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Professional for perfecting and merging files
- Work to stay on target and meet projected numbers monthly
- Assist in developing an E-commerce solutions
- Develop and maintain updated information in procedural manuals
- Build and maintain a professional relationship with the customer
- Hours 8am-5pm
- Prepping files to scan to include handling fragile documents with caution
- Scan the documents
- Edit and refurbish files necessary for quality
- Data entry into software
- Cropping, correcting color of scanned files
- Meet projected numbers monthly
- Scanner maintenance
- Weekly scan reports turned in
- Keep work area clean and neat
- Quality check finished product to customers
- Flexibility
