Rehabilitation and Therapy Services in FL, PA & OH Heritage Therapy provides high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapies and rehabilitation at many of our Embassy Healthcare communities. *Join our in-house therapy team * *Looking for a Part Time SLP 15-20hrs a week (at least 3 days) to provide weekly coverage. Our facility in Canal Winchester is conveniently located off Route 33 and is easily accessible from the Columbus area. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. The therapy gym is spacious and equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record of getting results \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals. - Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and their families on home exercises and adaptive techniques. - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. \*\*Qualifications:\*\* -Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid license to practice in Ohio - Proficiency in medical terminology and patient service best practices. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. #HRP2 Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Choose your own hours * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Application Question(s): * Do you have experience documenting w/ Net Health?
