**Shifts Available:** **Weekend shift available:** Thursday and Friday 9:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday 5:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. **3rd shift available:** Monday - Friday 9:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. *This position is for you Apply today* Fast-paced manufacture is seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** to overseeing weekend warehouse activities on the night shift. Daily you will be responsible for the following tasks:

* Coordinating cross-functional teams to maximize safety, quality, delivery and cost initiatives

* Meeting daily, weekly and monthly warehouse requirements, metrics and goals

* Training, coaching, mentoring and evaluating the hourly workforce

* Reviewing scheduling and material changes in ERP system and making needed adjustments

* Maintaining manpower goals by working with staffing services and human resources to attract and recruit talent

* Tracking labor hours, including time keeping

* Working closely with customer service to complete audits and 5S initiatives

* Completing shift reports and communicating with incoming supervisors at shift change

* Other duties as directed by management

This position requires candidates to be on the manufacturing floor up to 60% of their day. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, be energetic, have the ability to coach and mentor others, be able to take ownership of projects, have good work history and enjoy floor presence. **Requirements for the Warehouse Supervisor:**

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in logistics, supply chain and or operations

2. Ideally at least one year of manufacturing supervision experience, coops and/or internships will be considered

3. Experience overseeing others in production and/or warehousing environments

4. Experience overseeing at least 10 individuals 5. Willing to work assigned shift long term 6. Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

**Skills that are preferred, BUT NOT required:**

1. Kaizen and continuous improvement experience

2. ERP experience
