Dabei gehen wir immer wieder neue, innovative Wege, bei denen der Schwerpunkt zunehmend auf digitalen Lösungen liegt. Deine Aufgaben

Bei Systain wirst Du eigenverantwortlich Projekte in kleinen Teams durchführen sowie Kundenkontakte aktiv knüpfen und pflegen. Du wirst das Klima-/Umweltstrategieteam bei Systain mit dem Fokus auf Lieferketten mit konkreten Ideen und Konzepten und Herangehensweisen unterstützen. Leitung und Durchführung von Strategieprojekten mit dem Fokus auf Klima (Scope 1, 2, 3) und anderen Impact-Kategorien (z.B. Wasser). Begleitung / Sparring von Unternehmen bei der Ableitung von Zielen und geeigneten Maßnahmen sowie bei der anschließenden Umsetzung. Steuerung von Analyseprojekten zur Identifizierung von Reduktionspotenzialen und Bewertung von Maßnahmen. Erarbeitung von Beratungskonzepten und Unterstützung in der Akquise von (Neu-)Projekten Verständliche Aufbereitung von Kernerkenntnissen u.a. mit Hilfe von Business-Intelligence Werkzeugen (z.B. Tableau) – zur Herbeiführung von Entscheidungen bei Kunden. Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Interviews und Workshops mit Kunden. Recherche, quantitative und qualitative Analyse und Aufbereitung komplexer Zusammenhänge, Anleitung von Mitarbeiter*innen zur Durchführung dieser Recherchen. Aufbereitung von Projekt(zwischen)ergebnissen in Office Dokumenten oder Online-Tools (z.B. Miro); Präsentation der Ergebnisse vor Gremien der Kunden. (Unterstützung bei der) Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Analyse-Methoden / -Instrumenten (z.B. Accounting von Scope 1/2/3 (Up-/Downstream), softwaregestützte Datenerfassung, Erfassung und Bewertung von Reduktionsmaßnahmen, Modelle zur Simulation von Emissionsreduktionspfaden). Dein Profil

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch (C2 Niveau / Muttersprache) und Englisch (C1 Niveau in Wort und Schrift), weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus. Wir erwarten analytisches und praktisches Denken, Eigenständigkeit und Flexibilität, Kommunikationsstärke sowie professionelles Auftreten. Sehr guter und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen. Sehr gute Fähigkeiten komplexe Sachverhalte zu strukturieren und verständlich aufzubereiten. Hochschulstudium mit naturwissenschaftlicher oder technischer Komponente (z.B. Ingenieurwesen, Physik, IT, Umweltwissenschaften) mit gutem Abschluss und überzeugenden Schwerpunkten oder alternativ ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Nachweis von relevanter Praxiserfahrung. Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Industrieunternehmen (Produktion, Produktentwicklung, Forschung, Prozesssteuerung etc.). Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten. Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung im Nachhaltigkeitssegment sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Klimabilanzierung. Interesse am Arbeiten mit Daten und Modellen, gute Kenntnisse in Excel, Programmierkenntnisse und Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Business-Intelligence-Software wünschenswert.
