This person will help us with our continued growth, supporting employees and managers, while working on various HR related projects.Job DescriptionAssist with coordinating a variety of trainings and events which may including New Hire Orientations, onboarding sessions, benefits administration and etc.Maintain and update data within our HRIS and across other systems ensuring a high degree of accuracyProvide high touch support to employees by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approachAssist with processes related to compliance of various state and federal requirementsRespond to requests for employment verifications and unemployment claimsManage employee files and uploading new hire documentationSupport the integrity of our data by running regular audits and reportingSupport, schedule & assist learning and development trainingsAssist with ad-hoc projects and other administrative tasks as necessarySelf-starter able to conceptualize and drive initiatives forwardPositive attitude and motivated by contributing to the overall success of teamAttention to detail, well organized and able to multi-task and work on may projects at onceADP WorkForce day to day.Desired QualificationsBachelors degree 2-4 years of prior experience in HR or Associate's Degree with 3-5 years of prior experience in HRReflect our values: Passion, Sense of Urgency, Trust, Integrity, Transparency, Customer Focused and PositivityADP - ADP WorkForce experience a mustA say yes approach to tackling every day projects (even the mundane) while always improving things and being willing to make them betterA commitment to helping others and providing a high touch approach to the employee experienceExperience with HR related complianceHigh attention to detail and accuracy#J-18808-Ljbffr
