Hospitality AideResponsibilities You'll Love:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, such as dining, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to residents.
  • Escort residents to and from activities, dining areas, and appointments.
  • Assist with resident transportation within the facility.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms and common areas.
  • Assist with laundry duties as assigned.
  • Ensure the facility is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families.

What We Look For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to serve seniors.
  • Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
