This job opportunity is in our facility in Joplin, MO which is the Center of Excellence for turbocharger products with committed businesses in the pipeline, yielding tremendous growth opportunity. These high-performance turbochargers are precisely calibrated and designed to meet the durability, reliability and technology demands of complex automotive and industrial engine applications. With strict adherence to the OE-quality standards, a BBB Industries turbocharger provides optimum performance you can count on. Prepare technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, or topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements. Confer with engineers and technicians to develop & implement electronic actuators repair process and to develop and validate new test stands. Co-develop/implement turbo actuator remanufacturing processes. Design, implement, maintain, or improve electrical instruments, equipment, components, products, or systems for commercial and industrial purposes. Compile data and write reports regarding existing or potential electrical engineering studies or projects. Prepare specifications for purchases of materials or equipment. Qualifications/Competencies: 3-5 years of work experience as an Electrical Engineer. Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Expert knowledge in using different tools for computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) to control machinery and machine tools in the creation, modification, analysis, or optimization as part of the manufacturing processes of workpieces. Experience in testing protocols that enable a variety of analyses of electronic systems, products, and components. Robust knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Engineering design principles. Strong experience in understanding electronic circuit board design and being able to arrive at new designs in LabView. Experience with CAN data collection and processing. Experience with understanding design drawings detailing the design of products, tools, and engineering systems.
