Prepare and process import and export documentation in compliance with U.S. customs regulations.

Assist with the preparation of entry summaries and other required documentation for customs clearance.

Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing and storage of documents.

Communicate with clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Utilize Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint for efficient document management and communication.

Collaborate with the brokerage and freight forwarding teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.

Qualifications:

Experience in customs brokerage and freight forwarding preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate of $18-$20.

Full benefits package including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
