Must adopt and be an advocate of new tools and technology Expense Reporting Preparer of Expense department month end, quarter end, year-end responsibilities, and fixed assets. Preparer of IFRS expense reporting, including, quarter-end & year-end reporting Preparer of expense analysis including but not limited to general expenses, commissions, taxes, Medical/health costs, deferred commissions, deferred expenses, amortization of DAC, capital expenditures, & depreciation/amortization. Responsible for GAAP & IFRS lease reporting requirements. Maintain the lease accounting software (Leasequery) for GAAP and IFRS lease accounting. Assists in the preparation of expense rolling forecasts and budget. Coordinate with various departments in order to support departmental responsibilities. Develops sufficient, accurate and reliable financial information to support data driven decision making. Audit monthly sales incentive compensation payments and communicate findings to Finance Systems team. Ad hoc reporting as needed.
