About the Role & Team
On the Marketing team at Penn Interactive, our mission is to develop high-quality and sustainable data-driven marketing channels to improve retention, growth, and user adoption. As a Marketing Operations Manager, Sportsbook your primary objective will be to work with the commercial marketing team to execute a wide array of promotional campaigns. Your goal will be to maximize customer experience and player retention through the delivery of personalized marketing and innovative promotional programs.
You will ensure promotional programs are compliant, understandable, and flawless by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures. You will focus on operational excellence as you own the end-to-end execution of innovative marketing campaigns.The ideal candidate has strong communications skills, high attention to detail, exhaustive knowledge of online gaming promotions, and a passion for working cross-collaboratively with different teams.
About the Work
Oversee the preparation, execution, and analysis of promotions and campaigns.
Responsible for supervising and managing a team of specialists within the marketing operations team.
Serve as the marketing operations point of communication across all internal teams, including product, analytics, finance, compliance, ensuring all constituents are informed and aligned around any marketing initiative for all online betting brands.
Pull and manipulate data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance and distribute them to relevant internal stakeholders and/or external partners as appropriate.
Work with product and sportsbook operations teams to facilitate in-app placement and surfacing of promotions.
Support the commercial marketing and CRM teams around logistics of marketing programs and troubleshooting as needed.
Compile training materials, develop best practices and present other important information across the team.
Align with our in-house creative team to develop best-in-class marketing materials ensuring that content adheres to standards and aligns with marketing objectives.
Help streamline end-to-end internal/external campaign execution processes, ensuring alignment across all key stakeholders from ideation through delivery and fulfillment.
Develops, implements and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives in defined areas.
Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all state-level regulatory requirements within the marketing operations team including terms & conditions documentation and reporting potential issues.
Organize competitive research on marketing programs, product capabilities, and industry landscape to develop actionable insights.

About You
Bachelors degree (B.S./B.A.) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years in a leadership role or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Capability to work cross-functionally, including virtual teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks constantly.
Self-starter.
Passionate and knowledgeable about North American online betting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment.
Understanding of online betting metrics.
Competent in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
