Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plant Manager with a proven history of strong leadership with remote team members to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage team members located stateside that perform quality checks on property related data from official records. The candidate should have background knowledge of the real estate industry in some capacity (i.e. Official Records document types, court case transactions or Title insurance background). The candidate should also exhibit an ability to effectively manage teams remotely and strong delegation techniques. A strong focus on collaboration and communication skills is also required.

Duties:

Manage a team that reviews and analyzes documents, including deeds, mortgages, surveys, and other official records.
Provide training and mentorship to team members as various tasks and projects develop.
Participate in business discussions with management and peers to continue forward success.
Support team members with identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors in the data.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively delegate tasks to team members.
History with Offshore vendors is preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting legal descriptions and property documents.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and decipher complex property-related information.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
