Develop revenue forecasts and predictive models to support pricing decisions and revenue planning. Revenue Analysis:

Analyze revenue streams, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Pricing Strategy:

Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across product lines and customer segments. Competitive Analysis:

Conduct competitive pricing analysis to ensure our pricing remains competitive in the market while maximizing revenue potential. Data Analysis:

Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights and inform pricing decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in revenue analysis, pricing strategy, or related roles preferably in multi-family. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Experience with pricing optimization software &/or revenue management systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
