Responsibilities:

  1. Forecasting and Modeling: Develop revenue forecasts and predictive models to support pricing decisions and revenue planning.
  2. Revenue Analysis: Analyze revenue streams, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  3. Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across product lines and customer segments.
  4. Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive pricing analysis to ensure our pricing remains competitive in the market while maximizing revenue potential.
  5. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights and inform pricing decisions.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue analysis, pricing strategy, or related roles preferably in multi-family.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with pricing optimization software &/or revenue management systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
