Job Description
We're searching for an engaged, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join our global recruiting team. You'll be supporting technical teams in driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with our clients. Your duties will include engaging qualified candidates for a variety of roles, partnering with stakeholders to build effective recruiting strategies, and working with candidates through the interview process to ensure a great candidate experience. You will also be expected to develop and implement processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while prioritizing client and candidate experience.
Qualifications
+ 1+ years of recruiting experience or relatable experience
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience
+ Experience with Boolean searches
+ Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
+ Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Work Environment
+ This is a fully on-site position in Seattle, Washington.
+ This is a contract position.
+ For the first 2 months, the position requires being onsite 5 days per week. After 2 months, the schedule transitions to 3 days per week onsite, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2 days.
