JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We're on the lookout for an exceptional Customer Success Manager with a knack for digital marketing and a proven track record in driving customer success within the SaaS landscape. This role demands a candidate capable of championing customer health, adopting multi-solution strategies, and ensuring measurable impacts via industry specialization. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of fostering strong customer relationships through strategic success plans and innovative engagement strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey and enhancing their digital maturity with Experience Cloud products.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, defining success plans with clear outcomes, and maintaining consistent communication across all parties.
Network within accounts to successfully execute the client's strategy and roadmap.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with proactive communication, orchestrating the right resources, and aligning on business goals.
Drive the adoption of Experience Cloud products, using data insights to progress customer maturity.
Identify customer risks, champion innovation, and be the voice of the customer within Adobe, influencing process improvements and strategic initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive experience in Customer Success in a SaaS and Digital Marketing environment.
Strong consulting, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to navigate and mediate conflict.
Demonstrated success in driving customer outcomes, with existing knowledge of digital marketing software platforms, data platforms, content management, and customer journeys.
