Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for crafting, executing, and managing compelling digital advertising campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. This role involves managing PPC campaigns, display ads, social media advertising, and optimizing email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Who You Are: A skilled professional with extensive experience in digital advertising & marketing. Keen on staying updated with digital marketing trends and best practices Proficient in various digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Advertising, and other forms of PPC. Proficient with search engine optimization & content creation Expert in managing budgets and analyzing ROI from digital campaigns Skilled at creating impactful advertising content and conducting A/B tests Proficient in landing page construction and A/B testing Capable of working independently to meet and exceed objectives Strong eye for brand & design

What You Will Achieve: Design and implement effective digital advertising strategies that align with our business goals. Monitor and optimize campaign budgets and performance to ensure maximum ROI. Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Use analytics to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance digital advertising efforts and overall marketing strategy. Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing channels.

Expectations: Develop comprehensive digital advertising campaigns that integrate seamlessly with other marketing initiatives. Proactively identify optimization opportunities using data-driven insights. Maintain and expand our digital presence to meet business objectives. Manage and execute multiple projects with precision and adherence to timelines. Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
