Overview: Seeking a Senior Internal Auditor with a strong internal audit background. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, possesses critical thinking skills, and excels in relationship building. Public accounting experience preferred; Financial Services/Banking backgrounds not considered at this time.

Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits, assess controls, and ensure compliance.

Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with teams to plan and execute audits.

Recommend and implement control improvements.

Prepare and present audit reports to management.

Foster strong relationships across the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of internal audit experience.

CPA or CIA certification preferred.

Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit tools.

Full-time onsite commitment.
