Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift Available: First Shift
As the Receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for our office visitors, warmly welcoming them with courtesy and professionalism. You'll efficiently manage incoming calls using our modern VOIP phone system and handle product literature/media mail, ensuring proper preparation, inventory management, and record-keeping. Your responsibilities will also include accurately processing outgoing mail, signing for deliveries, and promptly notifying recipients. Additionally, you'll prepare and send daily invoices, stay updated on current postal regulations and services, and perform tasks such as scanning documents, sorting files, and creating color charts. Keeping an updated phone extension list will also be part of your duties, ensuring seamless communication within the office.
Requirements:
- Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as scanners and copiers.
- Experience with multi-line telephone systems and handling high call volumes with professionalism, courtesy, speed, and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with dealers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and quick retrieval of information.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Interpersonal skills to ensure a pleasant experience for all customers.
- Presentable appearance and demeanor.
- Experience with postage meters is a plus.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
