To support perpetual accuracy and shrink goals by ensuring the stores are accurately charged or given credit for inventory shipments. To provide service and support to the stores through the Store Receiving Hotline and timely assistance on all questions or issues. Performs tracking of all DC to Store Shipments and Vendor to Store Shipments.

**Description**

* Assists stores with questions and issues communicated via the Store Receiving Hotline or Departmental e-mail box, including detailed research using SAP and SRS. In addition, communicating with various departments within the SSC to provide accurate and timely answers. Ensures all questions are logged, answered and resolved in a timely manner. Immediately communicates consistent receiving issues to the Manager.

* Responsible for completing the following Daily Store Receiving Department responsibilities: Review and resolution of DC short cartons, research and correct double postings, review DSD receiving errors, review and resolution of POD/Vendor dispute/EDI reversals.

* Ensures accurate receiving cut-off on all stores approaching a physical inventory by performing the following detailed tasks: Review Open In-transit Cartons, review open invoices, verify status of all outstanding Proof of Deliveries (POD), and completes any inventory adjustments provided by the PI department.

* Assists Manager with Store Receiving system testing.

**Education**

Minimum: High School or GED/High School Diploma

**Experience Requirements**

**Minimum** 3-5 years/ 3+ Professional Office Experience

**Preferred** Prior Inventory Background and SAP Experience

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

* Proficient in Word and Excel

* Demonstrates professional interpersonal and communication skills.

* Effective interactions with customers, vendors, and employees of organization

* Demonstrates detail orientation.

* Effective interactions with employees of organization.
