Clinical Manager of Hospice Services

What You'll Do:
- Supervise and guide clinical staff in the provision of hospice services in the home and community. Responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated, delivered and managed appropriately.
- Graduate of an NLN accredited professional school of nursing, BSN degree in nursing, or active matriculation in a BSN program preferred
- Current RN licensure in the State of Maine and National Hospice Certification within two years of hire. Current CPR certification is required.
- A minimum of 3 - 4 years of progressively responsible experience in acute care nursing (Palliative and/or Hospice). One or more years of leadership experience in a Hospice program preferred. Recent experience in a Home Health setting strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of health care systems including Hospice and other reimbursement mechanisms, community resources and referral process
