Responsibilities: Oversee full lifecycle of geotechnical engineering projects. Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and plans. Perform geotechnical analysis and engineering calculations. Supervise field exploration programs and interpret geotechnical data from boring layouts, utility clearances, and laboratory tests. Perform technical review of engineering designs, drawings, plans, and specifications. Provide coaching and guidance to junior engineers and project managers. Assist with business development efforts through community involvement and client engagement. Promote company values, positive culture, and high employee engagement. What We're Looking For Required Experience & Skills: 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of geotechnical principles.
