•Schedule patients for exams, and input/update patient information in our medical system.
•Give patients the accurate protocol for their exams.
•Complete daily tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
We're looking for dependable and professional candidates with at least 1 year of recent medical/radiology office work experience, computer skills, a High School Diploma, medical terminology knowledge, and working knowledge of insurances (PPO's, HMO's insurances). Applicants will also need the ability to multi-task, EXCELLENT customer service skills, great communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to exhibit empathy toward callers without appearing overly solicitous.
