The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Reviewing and evaluating applications and resumes;
  • Scheduling and conducting telephone and onsite interviews;
  • Maintaining recruiting records and documentation;
  • Verifying employment references;
  • Managing background checks;
  • Managing multiple requisitions and utilizing reports;
  • Coordinating and assisting with career fairs;
  • Assisting with employee engagement events;
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts in various city and states as needed;
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers;
  • Completing other departmental duties as assigned.
Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources or a related field (required);
  • At least one year of recruiting experience (preferred);
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel);
  • Experience with recruiting metrics (preferred);
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred);
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work both independently and with a group;
  • Occasional travel required.
