ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Were seeking a Lead Developer to enhance our clients operations platform. This unique role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the strategy and development of critical applications. Strong collaboration skills are essential as youll work across teams. Youll take ownership of designing, implementing, integrating, and deploying strategic solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE LEAD DEVELOLPER

  • Work with the team to enhance business critical operations tools
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior developers
  • Oversee the overall design of the application - ensuring that its secure, functional, and free of defects
  • Review and test code written by your peers
  • Work with the business to understand their needs for enhancements.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE LEAD DEVELOPER

  • Highly proficient with React and C#
  • Node.js, Typescript, Linux, and Angular preferred
  • Prior experience leading a team
  • Azure DevOps and GitHub experience is a plus
