Description Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our family-like atmosphere. We are a plumbing, lighting, and irrigation distributor that assists local builders, plumbers, and homeowners in the creation of beautiful living spaces with kitchen and bath fixtures, as well as residential and commercial lighting. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse management experience, enjoys working with others to help direct their vision into a reality, and excels in a “team first” work environment. The Warehouse Manager will increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by overseeing warehouse operations in a safe, secure, efficient and cost-effective manner that complies with company policy and OSHA, DOT and other applicable regulations. Responsibilities Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all of its associates Supervise and coordinate unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and the picking and shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork Ensure warehouse space is used effectively and kept clean and orderly Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management Provide strategic leadership for the warehouse Promote and drive safety daily in the workplace, crafting a safe work environment for associates Provide consistent communication to associates and counterparts Continue to increase quality in customer deliveries Drive high levels of inventory integrity within the building Maintain associate engagement throughout the warehouse Lead and coordinate associates performing activities including; unloading and stocking of inbound shipments, order selection and shipping of outbound orders, cycle counting, and final mile delivery services to our customers Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in our sites Decision Making, Strategic Decision Making & Innovation Recognizes

issues, problems, or opportunities; seeks alternative ways to define problems; is not constrained by thoughts or approaches of others and determines action needed. Evaluates options by considering consequences and initiates the actions within a reasonable time. Generates alternatives and leverages resources

- draws upon multiple sources for ideas, creates relevant options for addressing problems/opportunities and achieving desired outcomes. Commits

- Builds due dates into assignments, effectively allocates time, and communicates the parameters of delegated responsibilities. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar position (2 years preferred) Minimum 2 years in progressive position (3 years preferred) Product/applications experience preferred Wholesale distribution experience preferred Supervisory experience required
