Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the HR team to refine recruitment processes, tools, and systems continually.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous professional internships or work experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to accommodate flexible work hours when necessary.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree and/or relevant business experience.
- Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
