Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Outside Sales/Account Manager to join our dynamic team (must have experience selling doors, trim, windows or finished carpentry to contractors).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and prospect new clients to expand the customer base.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically selling doors, windows, finished carpentry, and trim products.
  • Strong network and relationships with contractors and developers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
