Job Title: Machine Setup TechnicianLocation: Macedonia, OhioShift: First Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSalary: $21 per hourPosition Overview:As a Machine Setup Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring the efficient setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in machine setup and maintenance.Responsibilities: Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure smooth operation. Conduct inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate. Collaborate with production team members to optimize workflow and productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.Requirements: Proven experience as a Machine Setup Technician or similar role. Solid understanding of machine setup procedures and techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
