Site Manager We seek a motivated Site Manager to oversee operations at Ecosouth Florida LLC in Nokomis, FL. This crucial role offers an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, reflecting our commitment to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship. Key Responsibilities MUST HAVE TRANSFER STATION EXPERIENCE OR LANDFILL Supervise employees on daily tasks and improvements Review Equipment Inspection Reports daily Become knowledgeable of Operation Plans and County Contracts Maintain site and employee safety Be knowledgeable of recyclable materials and how to process materials Deliver monthly/weekly safety meetings Maintain good county relations Computer skills to input daily tonnage, revenue, and recycling spreadsheets Close communication with the General Manager Maintain facility infrastructure Produce monthly tonnage reports Follow company policies and procedures, and be able to adapt to changes Qualifications Experience operating equipment such as a loader, excavator, and dump truck is preferred Proficiency in using a horizontal grinder is a plus Must be self?driven and safety?oriented Ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, county, and supervisor is essential Strong problem?solving skills are required Knowledgeable in equipment maintenance Supervisory experience is necessary Goal?oriented mindset is crucial for this role Compensation $70,000 $80,000 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
