This position supports the implementation of the key elements of the Agency's compliance and employee education programs. Plans, develops, implements and evaluates new hire onboarding and continuing education for all employees following all accrediting and regulatory requirements. Verifies the development and completion of appropriate program specific orientation and annual education modules for employees. Serves as a consultative resource to the CPE team and program personnel.

  • Plans, develops and directs a comprehensive orientation program for employees;
  • Promotes the professional growth and development of employees through an organized education and training program meeting regulatory guidelines. Develops in-service programs in response to staff needs and teaches staff current evidence-based practices in a format understood by each employee;
  • Assigns and monitors employee compliance with education requirements;
  • Participates in interdepartmental meetings to assess and coordinate need for training;
  • Supports compliance improvement initiatives as directed and shares key metrics to leadership team. Monitors improvement action plans accordingly;
  • Builds positive relations across the organization in support of the organization's strategic goals to build a positive culture of compliance;
  • Provides daily support of initiatives pertaining to the implementation of the Agency's Compliance Program;
  • Coordinates live training events including but not limited to New Employee Orientation, First Aid, CPR, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) and Preventing Workplace Harassment;
  • Manages the organization's web-based eLearning database and application as a Relias System Administrator;
  • Provides general administrative support to the Compliance, Performance and Human Resource teams;
  • Maintains knowledge of required regulating standards including Federal, NJ State, County, CARF, etc.
  • Travel to program locations as needed;
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in non-profit administration/management, business administration, or public health administration or in a related field with compliance or regulatory experience; experience in non-profit grants or program compliance preferred.
  • Efficient time management and ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently with limited supervision, and meet deadlines; willingness to take full responsibility of own work actions;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to deliver presentations and trainings to all levels of personnel associated with the Agency;
  • Familiarity with NJ State and Federal funding agencies and regulations preferred;
  • Experience with and knowledge of Relias Learning administrative functions preferred.
