**ABOUT THIS POSITION**

Youll be a quarterback in our YouTube media buying space. As an experienced YouTube ads account manager, you will work to help scale advertising efforts geared toward growing profitable e-commerce revenue.

**IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL**

* Develop winning YouTube Media buying strategies

* Bring strategies into actions with the support of our Creative team and other Google Team Members

* Communicate with our clients often, and clearly

* Communicate campaign status to Division Head

* Review ongoing campaign performance; make the necessary adjustments

* Collaborate with the creative team in the development of landing pages and creative assets, when needed

* Review Copy used on current and future YouTube Video ad titles and descriptions

* Review reporting dashboards for accuracy

**THIS JOB REQUIRES**

* 3 years minimum experience in YouTube advertising for e-commerce and Lead Generation campaigns

* An ability to hit the ground running

* An ability to create a winning YouTube campaign from A-Z, including setup of conversion tracking, strategy and tactic developments, and campaign optimization

* Comfort working within Google Tag Manager & Analytics

* Experience coordinating development and creative teams

* An eagle eye for detail and a high standard for accuracy

* A go-getter attitude founded on positivity, confidence, and a desire to win

* The ability to move quickly and get work done fast

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
