Are you a driven, self-motivated salesperson with a passion for design? Sales Hatch is partnering with our client in Wood/Millworking to bring on a Territory Sales Manager in Madison Wisconsin This is a wonderful opportunity to get in with a rapidly growing family-owned company, focused on quality, design, and the long-term customer experience. Responsibilities Exceed sales goals by providing well-rounded solutions and market expertise Spend at least 50% of your time at customer sites building relationships, generating account growth with planned quality meetings, as well as prospecting to develop new business Build long lasting relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, and trade orgs using a consultative sales approach Partner with customers to recommend and provide quotes on the best products and solutions to help them grow their business Use quoting / CRM software to prepare quotes and manage customer relationships Qualifications Two years of direct sales experiences with builder or homeowner sales Experience in understanding blueprints, floorplans, and other construction documents Cabinetry and staircase product knowledge is helpful Lumber yard experience a plus Physical Demands / Environment This position is performed in an office or a

construction/remodel

worksite. May be exposed to loud operating machinery, cold and hot temperatures. May require a combination of sitting, standing, driving, and walking May require use of Personal computer, copy machine, other office equipment, Microsoft Office, Access, PowerPoint
