We are currently seeking aSenior Universal Banker to work out of our Plover branch. As a SeniorUniversal Banker at our Plover branch you get to work with our membersto help them improve their financial lives. In this role, you facilitatecollaborative interactions to analyze the member\'s current and futurefinancial situation. You advise members in a variety of financialsituations by recommending lending and deposit products, as well as,other services. Ideal candidate will display excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, ability to multitask and have previous lending andbanking experience. You must be able to obtain an NMLS number. Essential Functions Collaborates and advises memberson finding the right solutions for their borrowing needs via multipleaccess points such as in branch, over the phone, and video appointments.Provides education and consultation to members on loans. Performs creditbureau reviews for members. Accurately and efficiently interview membersand input loan applications. Extensive knowledge of all lendingproducts. Calculates lending ratios accurately. Ensures all lendingpaperwork is accurately collected and processed. Provides depositsolutions for members. Has knowledge and advises members on all depositproducts. Opens savings, checking, certificates, IRAs and money marketsfor members. Serves as a primary contact for new accounts and works tobuild relationships with all new members. Utilizes Synapsys foron-boarding all new members. Educates and assists members in otherservices such as debit card, online banking, mobile banking and onlinebill pay. Identifies cross-selling opportunities through memberinteractions. Makes appropriate referrals based on member needs.Maximizes partner relationships (Lending Advisor, Sr. Lending Advisor,MLO, SFA) to deepen member relationships. Educates members on otherproducts such as Payment Protection, Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP),Mechanical Repair Coverage (MRC), and Members Auto & Home InsuranceReferral Program (MAH).
