Seasonal Retail Cashier

Location: Morrisville, PADepartment: MVILLEType: Full TimeMin. Experience: Manager/Supervisor Sky King Fireworks of Morrisville, PA is seeking a full-time, year-round Assistant Store Manager. Our Assistant Store Managers will assist and learn all operational procedures and management functions required to operate the store. This position will require a high level of leadership and previous management/supervisory experience required.

One of the primary functions of this position will be to oversee seasonal recruitment and scheduling part-time seasonal employees. We are looking for someone who has thorough experience in the recruitment process.

**Compensation:**

* Hourly rate hiring at $18 to $20 - Annual Overtime hours 400-500 (average/can exceed) Estimated Average Total Annual Salary - $48,000 to $57,000.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

* Assist in recruiting, scheduling, training and development of staff

* Provide exemplary leadership and support in areas of sales and customer service

* Build valuable relationships with customers to help grow and retain business

* Maintain the highest standards of operations regarding store merchandising, cleanliness and overall appearance of interior and exterior of the store.

* Aid in the oversight of the inventory management process, product inventory tracking, warehouse inventory, creation and execution of inventory orders

* Record data into a comprehensive database logging sales, inventory and other pertinent business information

* Support and enforce all company policies procedures

* Process sales transactions

* All other duties assigned by management

**Qualifications/Requirements:**

* 2-3 years of management and/or supervisory level experience

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel)

* Working a minimum of 400 to 500 Annual Overtime hours

* Available to work various shifts (including weekends & various holidays)

* Must be available to work extended hours (Overtime) during the months of June, July & December

* Ability to walk, stand and lift (up to 60lbs) for extended periods of time
