Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies aligned with the company's expansion goals and business objectives. Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to enhance team members' sourcing skills, performance, and professional development. Supplier Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Process Optimization and Efficiency:

Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline sourcing processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to optimize sourcing workflows and increase operational effectiveness. Strategic Initiatives and Business Development:

Lead strategic initiatives to advance the organization's sourcing capabilities and expand its business opportunities. Collaborate with senior management to identify and pursue growth opportunities, develop business proposals, and support client engagement efforts. Qualifications

Possess a bachelor's degree in business or its equivalent. 10+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement. Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing sourcing strategies to support business objectives. 5+ years of experience in management and leadership. Showcase excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading and mentoring teams of sourcing professionals. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results. Demonstrate an ability to think strategically and analytically, with a keen understanding of market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and industry trends. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform sourcing decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior management. Capable of articulating sourcing strategies, presenting proposals, and influencing decision-making processes. Extensive experience in supplier relationship management, including negotiation skills, contract management, and vendor performance evaluation. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal outcomes for the organization. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Experience in prioritizing initiatives, allocating resources effectively, and delivering results within specified timelines and budget constraints.
