Alumni and Career Services Director

The Alumni and Career Services Director is responsible for initiating, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating programs, services, activities and initiatives that assist in students' career placement and engage alumni. The Director builds a professional network of ministries and businesses, coordinates recruitment and professional development events, and manages the Alumni Association for the College.

Manage Communications
Establish professional networks with churches, ministries, and businesses, coordinating opportunities for recruitment events, Display Room reservations, and ministry connections. Reach out to extend invitations to potential special speakers for various events. Maintain communications with alumni through calls, emails, and meetings.

Coordinate Events and Programs
Plan, promote, and implement student and alumni events to increase the success rate of graduate placement and build alumni relationships. Evaluate events and programs through surveys to improve the overall effectiveness.

Direct Career Services
Oversee career development services and programs designed to assist students with successful placement into career positions. Work with the Career Services team to set goals and strategize to achieve objectives. Visit classrooms to communicate career-related information.

Grow an Alumni Association
Maintain and oversee an active Alumni Association. Work closely with the office of the President to forward the vision of the college. Facilitate the ongoing success of alumni in their professional development by helping them build a strong network with each other and with the college.

Education
Master's Degree: Administration, Master's Degree: Management (Required)

Work Experience
5+ years in institutional management
