Lab Support Technician , you will support our client’s customers in a lab environment, troubleshooting and configuring desktop hardware, instrument-controlled software, and core laboratory applications. You will analyze and implement enhancements and upgrades to these lab technologies, creating timely solutions for our client’s customers.

Responsibilities Provide technical support for lab computers and instrument-controlled software in a research lab environment Identify and implement security, updates, and permissions for lab computing software Manage on-boarding, retirement or relocation of computer equipment to our client’s facilities Update a physical inventory of lab equipment, PCs, software, and other lab technologies

Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in science or related field Experience troubleshooting with computers and scientific technologies 2+ years of technical experience with Windows technologies, network troubleshooting, remote computing, and backup systems Prior experience in scientific research laboratory, Life Sciences or related field
