This role involves building strong relationships with customers, providing support, and proactively addressing any issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing personalized support and addressing their needs. Order Processing Monitor and process all orders via the Shopify platform. Provide feedback on orders that need a higher level of support to corresponding staff. Proactive Support Monitor customer usage data to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement. Reach out to customers proactively to offer assistance and ensure they are getting the most value from the product. Working Conditions Typically works in an office environment. Involves significant interaction with customers and internal teams.
