Key Responsibilities Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing personalized support and addressing their needs. Order Processing Monitor and process all orders via the Shopify platform. Provide feedback on orders that need a higher level of support to corresponding staff. Proactive Support Monitor customer usage data to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement. Reach out to customers proactively to offer assistance and ensure they are getting the most value from the product. Customer Feedback Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and challenges. Communicate customer insights to internal teams to help guide product development and improvement. Experience : Proven experience in customer success, call center environment, and eCommerce platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. Working Conditions Typically works in an office environment. Involves significant interaction with customers and internal teams.
