As the Director of Marketing Communications

, you will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that amplify brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive significant business impact. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will lead a dynamic team and oversee critical aspects of our marketing communication efforts, including trade shows, events, digital campaigns, content creation, multimedia development, integrated campaign creation, budget management, and the creation of collaborative processes and toolsets to empower franchise campaign managers. Your visionary leadership will drive cross-functional collaboration and innovation,

ultimately contributing

to the continuous growth and success of Clinical Operations

.
Primary Duties
Develop and execute innovative marketing communication strategies that bolster brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels.
Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of marketing professionals, overseeing content writers, multimedia specialists, and integrated campaign managers.
Strategically plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, events, and promotional activities to

optimize

impact and return on investment.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and design, to ensure seamless integration of marketing communication efforts.
Create and activate streamlined processes and toolsets to foster effective collaboration with franchise campaign managers, enabling cohesive and aligned campaigns.
Drive the development and management of digital campaign strategies, overseeing content creation, distribution, and performance analysis across diverse online platforms.
Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and business impact,

providing

regular reporting to senior leadership.
Champion the creation of impactful and compelling content that resonates with target audiences, spanning written materials, multimedia assets, and visual collateral.
Oversee the marketing communication budget,

optimizing

resource allocation and cost management to ensure maximum efficiency.
Stay well-informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies, and

utilize

these insights to guide future marketing communication strategies.
Collaborate with external partners and agencies as necessary to enhance campaign quality and reach.
Training and Education
Bachelors degree in a Marketing Communications, Business or equivalent experience is

required

. MBA is preferred
Experience
Proven

track record

of at least 7+ in marketing communications leadership roles within the IVD industry
5

+ years of progressive marketing

communications

leadership experience spanning all aspects of campaign development and execution, driving digital programs, leading

events

and tradeshows

.
Strong experience in trade show and event management, digital campaign strategy, content creation, and multimedia development.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, inspiring a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Strong analytical acumen, adept at interpreting campaign performance data to extract actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency

in

leveraging

digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance campaign impact and reach.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
People Leadership: Has leadership presence and wins buy-in across cross-functional stakeholders.

Willing

to express ideas and opinions even when contrary to the consensus. Leads through influence. Enables marketing

as a strategic partner to the business.

Experience in healthcare and medical devices

required

, Diagnostics IVD experience preferred.
Specific experience in assigned Franchise highly preferred
