If so, FAIRWINDS Credit Union would like to speak with you We are looking for qualified individuals to provide valuable customer service to our members through our Call Center Agent role at our East Orlando Support Center.
Hours of operation for our call center are Monday - Friday (7am-7pm) and Saturday (9am-2pm). Candidates must have availability for scheduling during all hours of operation.
At FAIRWINDS, our Call Center Agent provides top notch customer service to our members. In this role you will be doing things like:
- Providing problem resolution for our members
- Speaking directly with members and processing needed transactions over the phone
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout our members financial journey

To be considered for this position, you must have the following education and experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months - 1 year:
- High volume inbound call center experience (non script based preferred)
- Customer service experience which required problem solving and decision making
- Ability to analyze problems and recommend efficient solutions
