Description
- Manage daily operations at the construction site.
- Coordinate schedules for tasks, materials, and labor.
- Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and control project expenses.
- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors.
- Resolve onsite issues promptly.
- Enforce safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate construction records.
Profile
- 5+ years of superintendent experience
- Experience with commercial, ground-up builds
- Industrial experience a plus
- Procore and MS office proficiency a plus
