Pay: $27 per hour
The position follows a hybrid schedule with Associates working in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays each week.
Work Hours: 7.5 hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (total 37.5 hours per week)
Education:
Some college education required; bachelor's degrees preferred
Must-Haves:
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Computer Skills
- Prior experience in a Call Center
- Contact Center/Customer Service Experience; HR experience is preferred

The Solution Center Associate serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR support. The role involves providing resources and solutions to inquiries, maintaining documentation, escalating issues as needed, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The Associate will uphold the university's vision, culture, and values by delivering clear, efficient, and courteous support. Responsibilities include opening and managing cases, ensuring accurate records, and following up to resolve issues in a timely manner while adhering to all HR service level agreements.
