Job Summary:

We are currently in search of a full-time listing and data coordinator to join our high-performing marketing team at SimplyHome. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of MLS platforms and real estate functions, as well as a very strong attention to detail, time management and organization skills. The listing coordinator will be responsible for administering all aspects of leasing transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing all company MLS listings. Additionally, the coordinator will coordinate scheduled showings for open houses, track photo and marketing descriptions for properties and maintain a diligent track of sales activity in the database. This position will also be responsible for assisting with tracking Realtor activity, referral activity, and working with various other departments to ensure correct listing information. Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • No direct supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating/updating/maintaining listings, including gathering photos, pre-listing materials and working in several programs to list home.
  • Finalize documents for listing agreements, and other required documentation, for signatures.
  • Coordinating events: Organize open houses and showings.
  • Complete listing setups, which could include lockbox setup, ShowingTime/ShowingSmart setup, flyers/brochures, social media posts and more
  • Coordinate photographers to have access to and photograph homes, maintain the photo database and order new photos when needed.
  • Work across departments to keep track of and ensure properties are marketed with the most up to date information.
  • Reassess daily tasks and procedures to enhance efficiency, including evaluating current practices, introducing new tools, and streamlining workflows to improve the management of daily reporting.
  • Support the listing manager in planning and executing strategic initiatives such as updates to leasing guides, presentations, documenting new procedures, growth and prospecting goals, and market research.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Team player who owns their position but will also jump in and help where needed
  • Extensive expertise in data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Marketing degree preferred
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role or related field (Marketing, Real Estate) (preferred but not required)
  • Advanced knowledge of MLS listing
  • Proficiency in Entrata software (preferred, not required)
  • Strong adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with successful results
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
