Job Description As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the organization’s market and geographic service areas, positioning the firm to excel in winning and closing work. This role may include services related to proposals, interview strategy, client events, award submissions, client intelligence, and market research. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and execute the development of information and materials for various marketing activities, such as Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interview presentations, in accordance with the firm’s standards. Establish, communicate, and meet deadlines to ensure the timely completion of project pursuits. Conduct internal QA/QC reviews to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all marketing information, analysis, and documentation. Gather, maintain, and analyze client intelligence information. Possess the ability to prepare and submit industry awards. We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO or Lincoln, NE office location. Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with strict deadlines. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams locally and in other offices within the Olsson footprint. The ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships both internally and externally. Skills in technical writing, editing, creativity, and a keen sense of design style.
