Were looking for a creative person who loves social media, loves helping clients improve their businesses, and is constantly improving their skills. This position will work within a team environment to plan out digital marketing strategies.
As Social Media Manager, your primary responsibilities will be managing our clients social media accounts for both organic and paid posts. You will be in charge of setting social media strategy, planning post schedules, managing audiences, and working with our clients on brainstorming and approval.

Being Facebook Blueprint certified will get our attention.
Content planning for clients social media platforms
Write, design, and produce compelling and creative content
Post content using strategies to generate interactions
Engage with our clients communities on their behalf
Regularly communicate with all clients for content ideas and community interaction suggestions
Work with other team members to define KPIs for reports
Analyze data to improve social media accounts and boost engagement
Coordinate with team members for consistent messaging
Generate monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other marketing initiatives
Communicate with the team and management on project development, timelines, and results
Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
Passion for social media marketing
Keep pace with social trends and developments
Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
Learn each clients personality to represent their interests
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
Accurately track time against project budgets
Write creative content for social posts
Full time position: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm with an hour lunch
Qualifications

At least 2 years experience in social media management
Proven success with social media and paid social advertising
Experience managing 10+ client accounts at once
The ability to interpret data for actionable results
Ability to generate creative content for organic and paid social posts
Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products
Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as social platform reporting tools
Experience with content management systems such as WordPress
Google Ads certified (preferred)
