understanding of

SaaS financial concepts as well as strong analytical capabilities. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in

supporting the company’s financialreporting, planning, budgeting, and day-to-day operations. This position presents an excellent opportunity to

leverage

your

expertise

in FP&A, financial analysis,and data-driven

decision

making to drive the company’s success. Your contributions will be instrumentalin shaping financial strategies,

optimizing

resource allocation, and enabling informed businessdecisions.

Key responsibilities: Develop and oversee comprehensive financial models to

facilitate

the monthly

close

process andconduct variance analysis, comparing actual performance against budget and forecasted figures. Generate detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports for both internal and externalstakeholders, encompassing key aspects such as revenue performance, expense analysis,profitability assessment, headcount growth, and relevant supporting metrics. Work with the finance team to own and

maintain

the forecasting process used to

identify

andcommunicate areas that may require

additional

rigor to drive predictability. Monitor and communicate trends, and assess implications along with developing actionablestrategies Work across finance and our cross functional teams (Product, Sales, People, Marketing, etc.) to help drive better efficiency and productivity. Recommend,

implement

and report on benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in Finance or Accounting with strong fundamental knowledge of accounting & SaaS finance principles 5-7 years of experience working in FP&A or a similar analytical financial role Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close support Outstanding

verbal and non-verbal

communication

skills and experience working with senior leadership Excellent people management, leadership and development skills coupled with the ability to adjust to multiple demands, rapid changes and shifting priorities The highest standards of accuracy, organization and precision and the ability to think creatively and strategically while acting tactically Strong Excel skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets Experience with financial planning tools (examples include Adaptive, Planful, Essbase, Anaplan) ERP experience (examples include NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) Data visualization experience preferred (examples include Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) P
